Career Development Programs

Landmark offers three outstanding career development programs for recent university graduates and school leavers who are looking for career growth in the agribusiness industry:

Each of these programs provide on-the-job work experience and learning opportunities, combined with mentoring, formal training and development.

Graduates

Graduates of Agricultural Science or related disciplines are able to apply for the Graduate Cadetship Program or the Graduate Agronomist Program

These 12 month programs are offered in multiple states across Australia.  Applicants who are degree qualified and eligible to work in Australia can apply between 1 July and 31 August annually and positions commence the following February.

The Graduate Cadetship Program focuses on developing skills across a range of agribusiness activities with the aim of developing future branch managers, region managers and state activity managers.

The Graduate Agronomist Program develops technical expertise in the areas of broad-acre cropping, pasture production and horticulture crops to provide the foundation for graduates to become experts in their field.

School Leavers

School Leavers who have successfully completed Year 11 or similar with the maturity to work as an integral part of a branch team are invited to apply for the Landmark Wool & Livestock Traineeship Program.

The Traineeship program develops skills in both the key agribusiness areas of wool and livestock to provide a strong foundation for a long-term career in agribusiness.

This 12 months program is an entry-level position with long-term career prospects. Positions become available in multiple states across Australia according to business needs and are posted on our Careers Site.
