Landmark an industry leader in Australian agribusiness, currently have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our customer focused Charters Towers team. Charters Towers is an hour and a half from the regional city of Townsville.
As the Branch Manager, you will have significant management responsibility for managing a diverse operation across a range of business areas with a strong focus on all activities including Merchandise, Livestock, and Insurance.
Your main responsibilities are to grow the Financial performance of the branch including:
- Managing Animal Health and Animal Management Sales,
- Implementing processes and initiatives in managing Merchandise Inventory,
- Provide leadership and management to a small team of specialists
- Provide superior customer service
- Manage cross selling, marketing and promotional activities
To be successful in this role you must have the ability to develop and lead a team, be commercially astute, demonstrate the ability to identify opportunities for growth and have a proven track record of developing effective relationships with customers and in the community.
As this role has primary responsibility for setting, driving, and executing the branch merchandise strategy, a strong knowledge of animal health products used in the northern Queensland pastoral market is essential.
